Method
Prepare Chicken
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
BBQ Sauce Application
- 3
Add BBQ Sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, brush BBQ sauce generously over the grilled chicken breasts. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Assemble Sandwich
- 4
Build the Sandwich
To assemble the sandwiches, place a grilled BBQ chicken breast on the bottom half of each burger bun. Top with sliced pickles and a generous scoop of coleslaw. Place the top half of the bun on and serve immediately.
