Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Rub the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 2
Preheat the Smoker
Soak the wood chips in water for 30 minutes, then preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- 3
Smoke the Ribs
Place the ribs in the smoker and add the soaked wood chips. Smoke for about 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- 4
Prepare the Additional Meat
For the pulled pork, season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper, then cook it low and slow until tender (about 4-6 hours) in a separate pot or smoker. For chicken, grill or smoke until cooked through. For brisket, smoke until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). If using kielbasa, grill until heated through.
- 5
Sauce and Serve
In the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs and your selected meat with barbecue sauce. Allow to caramelize slightly before removing from the heat. Serve the ribs with your choice of meat on the side.
