Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken tenders with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Hashbrowns
In the same skillet, add the frozen hashbrowns. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are crispy and heated through.
- 3
Make the Gravy
While the hashbrowns are cooking, prepare the country gravy according to the package instructions using the water. Once ready, set aside.
- 4
Combine and Serve
Once the hashbrowns are cooked, reduce the heat to low. Place the chicken tenders on top of the hashbrowns, pour the gravy over everything, and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover the skillet and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
