Place the Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they resemble dirt. Alternatively, you can use a food processor.

In clear cups or bowls, start by adding a layer of chocolate pudding at the bottom. Next, sprinkle a layer of crushed Oreos on top to create a 'dirt' layer.
