Method

Prepare Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Form the Patties

In a large bowl, take the ground beef and divide it into 10 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty that is about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each one. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.

Prepare Condiments

  1. 3

    Prepare the Condiments

In small serving bowls, arrange ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, onions, sliced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and sliced jalapeños. Place the fry sauce in a separate bowl for dipping.

  1. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On a clean surface, set up your burger bar. Place the cooked patties on a platter. Provide burger buns for guests to assemble their burgers with their choice of condiments and toppings.

    Serve with Chips

Serve the burgers alongside the Freddy's Kettle Chips for a complete meal.
