Dolci

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Crust

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and let cool.

  3. 3

    Juice the Fruits

Juice the key limes, clementines, and mandarins to get a combined total of about 1 cup of juice. If needed, strain the juice to remove pulp.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the fruit juices, lemon juice, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

  5. 5

    Bake the Filling

Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly jiggly in the center.

  6. 6

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven and let the pie cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Slice and enjoy your Agrumi pie chilled.
