Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the Sweet Onion into thick rings and the bell peppers into strips. Make sure to remove the seeds and stems from the bell peppers.

  2. 2

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the sliced Sweet Onion and bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the vegetables. Toss until evenly coated.

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F (200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned Sweet Onion and bell peppers on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

    Plate the Grilled Vegetables

Once the vegetables are grilled to your liking, remove them from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
