Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the Sweet Onion and the bell peppers (Red, Yellow, and Orange) into strips.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Heat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring it's ready for grilling the vegetables.

Grilling

  1. 3

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the sliced Sweet Onion and bell peppers on the preheated grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.

  2. 4

    Add Cajun Seasoning

Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning evenly over the grilled vegetables during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

Finishing Touches

  1. 5

    Add Cheese

Once the vegetables are grilled to perfection, remove them from the grill and place them on a serving platter. Immediately top with the Creole Smokey Ghost Pepper Jack Cheese, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat of the vegetables.

  2. 6

    Serve with Hot Sauce

Drizzle hot sauce over the top of the cheesy grilled vegetables according to your taste preference. Serve warm.
