Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato and onion into rings. Set aside.

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Angus Chuck beef for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking the beef, place a slice of Ghost Pepper Jack cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Spread the Mayo
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

Add the Beef Patty
Place the cooked Angus Chuck patty with melted Ghost Pepper Jack cheese on top of the mayo-covered bun.

Layer the Vegetables
Add the lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles on top of the beef patty.

Finish the Burger
Place the top half of the bun over the assembled ingredients to complete the burger.
