Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato and onion into rings. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the Angus Chuck beef for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking the beef, place a slice of Ghost Pepper Jack cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Spread the Mayo

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

  3. 6

    Add the Beef Patty

Place the cooked Angus Chuck patty with melted Ghost Pepper Jack cheese on top of the mayo-covered bun.

  4. 7

    Layer the Vegetables

Add the lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles on top of the beef patty.

  5. 8

    Finish the Burger

Place the top half of the bun over the assembled ingredients to complete the burger.
