Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the chicken is marinating, slice the sweet onion and bell peppers into thin strips.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice and Serve
Slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips. On a serving platter, layer the grilled vegetables, followed by the sliced chicken. Top with sliced avocado. Serve hot.
