Whipped Ricotta Preparation

Whip the Ricotta
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, and sea salt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Truffled Honey Preparation

Combine Honey and Truffle Oil
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and truffle oil until well combined. Set aside to allow the flavors to meld.
Herb Brown Butter Preparation

Make the Brown Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Herbs
Once the butter is browned, add the chopped rosemary and sage. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the herbs are fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine and Serve
In a serving dish, spread the whipped ricotta evenly. Drizzle the truffled honey over the top, followed by the warm herb brown butter. Serve immediately with crostini or crackers.
