Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ciabatta

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the ciabatta loaf in half lengthwise and place it on a baking sheet.

  2. 2

    Warm the Ciabatta

Toast the ciabatta in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until it's crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Hummus

While the bread is toasting, scoop the hummus into a serving bowl.

  4. 4

    Chop the Parsley

Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle it over the hummus for garnish.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Olive Oil

Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the hummus and parsley for added flavor.

  6. 6

    Warm the Olives (Optional)

If you are adding olives, heat them gently in a small pan over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Once the ciabatta is ready, remove it from the oven and slice it into individual serving pieces. Serve warm with the hummus in the center and the warmed olives on the side if desired.

  2. 8

    Enjoy!

Dig in and enjoy the warm, crispy ciabatta with creamy hummus and fresh parsley, topped with a drizzle of olive oil.
