Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Infuse the Mi Campo Blanco

To create Fresno Chili infused Mi Campo Blanco, combine 750ml of Mi Campo Blanco with 2-3 sliced Fresno chilies in a clean jar. Seal tightly and let it infuse for 24-48 hours, tasting periodically until the desired heat level is achieved.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Glass

Take a rocks glass and rim it with lime juice. Dip the rim in chili powder or Tajín to coat it evenly. Set aside.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Fresno Chili Infused Mi Campo Blanco, 1 oz of passion fruit liqueur, and 1 oz of fresh lime juice.

  2. 4

    Shake Well

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients thoroughly.

  3. 5

    Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Ensure to pour it slowly to avoid splashing.

Garnishing

  1. 6

    Add Garnish

Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Optionally, add a sprig of fresh cilantro for added aroma and flavor.
