Prepare the Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each). Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes to infuse the rosemary flavor. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain out the rosemary and store the syrup in a sealed container in the fridge.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Seedlip Grove, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz of Bitter Rosso, and 0.5 oz of rosemary simple syrup. If you're adding Sipsmith Gin, include 2 oz of it as well.

Shake and Strain
Fill the shaker with ice cubes (about 1 cup), then shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish and Serve

Garnish the Drink
Float an orange slice on top and add a fresh sprig of rosemary for garnish.
