Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Mixing Glass
Start by chilling a mixing glass. Fill it with ice cubes and set aside for a couple of minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In the chilled mixing glass, add 2 ounces of Los Siete Misterios Mezcal, 1 ounce of Montenegro Amaro, and 1 ounce of Select Aperitivo.

Add Bitters
Add 3 dashes of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir the Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Strain into Glass
Take the mixing glass filled with the cocktail mixture and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.

Serve
