Juicing
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Wash the oranges and grapefruits thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- 2
Cut the Fruits
Using a sharp knife, cut the oranges in half crosswise. If using grapefruit, cut them in half as well.
- 3
Juice the Fruits
Using a citrus juicer or reamer, juice the oranges and grapefruits by pressing down and twisting to extract as much juice as possible.
- 4
Strain the Juice (Optional)
If you prefer pulp-free juice, pour the freshly squeezed juice through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp or seeds.
Serving
- 5

- 6
Garnish (Optional)
