Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slab bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (or four for a double burger). Form each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place the cooked patty with melted cheese, followed by crispy bacon, lettuce, pickle slices, red onion, and a generous amount of tasty sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

French Fry Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. Soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 7

    Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 8

    Fry the Potatoes

Fry the soaked potato strips in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 9

    Season the Fries

Sprinkle the fries with salt while they are still hot and toss to coat evenly.
