In a small bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.

Prepare the Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours until doubled in size.

Knead the Dough

While the dough is rising, preheat your wood-fired oven to around 800°F (427°C). Make sure you have plenty of dry oak logs to maintain the heat.

Preheat the Oven

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2-4 equal portions, depending on desired pizza size. Roll or stretch each portion into a round shape on a floured surface.

Shape the Pizza

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each pizza base, then add slices of fresh mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and finish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle olive oil on top.

Add Toppings

Gently transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone in the wood-fired oven. Cook for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Cook the Pizza

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve immediately with more fresh basil and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.

Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, and sea salt. Toss the mini pretzel bites in the mixture until well coated.

Spread the coated pretzel bites evenly on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

While the pretzel bites are baking, prepare the cheese dip and spicy mustard in small serving bowls.

Once the pretzel bites are done, remove them from the oven and serve immediately with cheese dip and spicy mustard on the side.

Rinse the mussels under cold water, scrubbing the shells to remove any debris. Discard any mussels that are open and do not close when tapped.

Prepare the Mussels

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and shallots, cooking until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Cook the Aromatics

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot and cover with a lid.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the pot occasionally, until the mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that remain closed.

Steam the Mussels

Stir in chopped parsley, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot with fries.
