Cocktail

For a longer serve (Vodka Soda variant)

Method

Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Grey Goose vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup. If using an orange liqueur for a slightly sweeter, complex twist, add 0.25 oz now.

3

Add ice & shake

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch and the exterior frosts.

4

Strain & garnish

Empty the ice or water from the chilled glass. Fine-strain (or double-strain if you prefer no tiny ice chips) the mixture into the chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or a lime twist and serve immediately.

Vodka Soda (longer serve)

5

Fill glass

Fill a highball glass with ice (about 1 cup).

6

Build the drink

Pour 1.5 oz Grey Goose vodka and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice over the ice.

7

Top & garnish

Top with 4 oz chilled soda water and gently stir once to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
