Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the fresh fish, shrimp, and clams under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the fish filets and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Clams

In a separate pot, add the clams with a splash of water, cover, and steam them until they open, about 5 minutes. Discard any that remain closed.

  4. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Cook the Fish

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the marinated fish filets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.

  6. 6

    Serve the Dish

On a large platter, arrange the cooked fish, shrimp, and clams. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped parsley.
