Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes into small, even pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Aromatics

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.

  3. 3

    Brown the Beef

Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

  4. 4

    Add Vegetables

Stir in the diced carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Liquid Ingredients

Pour in the beef broth and add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs. Stir well to combine.

  6. 6

    Simmer

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  7. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy your comforting meal!
