1. Shucking Oysters

Carefully shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a tray. Make sure to keep the oyster liquor in the shells.

2. Preparing the Mangalitsa Belly

In a pan over medium heat, render the Mangalitsa belly until crispy. Remove from heat, chop finely and set aside.

Making the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Preheat your grill. Spoon a small amount of the butter mixture onto each shucked oyster, followed by a sprinkle of crispy Mangalitsa belly.

6. Grilling Oysters

Place the oysters on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are bubbling and cooked through.
