In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
