Cooking Pasta

    Boil the Pasta

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Vegetables

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

    Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combining Ingredients

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

    Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together.

    Stir in the chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and heated through.

    Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
