Prepare the Glass
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka, 2 oz of Red Ruby Grapefruit Juice, and shake well to mix.
Assembly

Pour the Mixture
Remove the ice from the chilled rocks glass and strain the vodka and grapefruit mixture into the glass.

Add Prosecco
Top the mixture in the glass with 4 oz of Prosecco for a sparkling finish.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a couple of fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.

Serve Chilled
Serve the Pink Greyhound immediately on the rocks and enjoy!
