Preparation
- 1
Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Hendrick's gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and rose water. Fill the shaker with ice.
- 3
Shake the Mixture
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- 4
Strain into Glass
Discard the ice and water from the chilled cocktail glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
- 5
Top with Prosecco
Carefully top off the drink with Prosecco, allowing it to gently blend with the other ingredients.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Optionally garnish with a lemon twist or a few edible flowers. Serve immediately.
