Preparation of Coquito

Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and coconut rum. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Chill the Mixture
Once blended, pour the mixture into a large pitcher or container. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare for Serving
Before serving, give the coquito a good stir. Pour the chilled coquito over ice in a glass.
Garnishing

Add Whipped Cream
Top each glass with a dollop of whipped cream.

Sprinkle Nutmeg
Sprinkle a pinch of ground nutmeg over the whipped cream for added flavor and presentation.

Add Dark Rum Floater
Carefully pour a tablespoon of dark rum over the whipped cream for a beautiful floater effect before serving.
