Brewing Instructions
1. Prepare the Coffee
In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of finely ground dark roast coffee to the boiling water, stirring well.
3. Brew the Coffee
Reduce the heat and let the coffee simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and allow the coffee grounds to settle.
5. Sweeten the Coffee
In a separate container, mix 1 tablespoon of sugar with a few tablespoons of brewed coffee to create a paste.
6. Once the coffee has settled, carefully pour it into a cup, leaving the grounds behind.
7. Add the sugar paste and stir until dissolved.
8. Serve
For a creamier texture, add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the coffee and mix well. Serve hot.
