Method

Prepare Espresso

  1. 1

    Brew Espresso

Brew 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, AeroPress, etc.).

  2. 2

    Infuse with Rosemary

Add 1 sprig of fresh rosemary to the brewed espresso and let it steep for about 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavor.

Steam Oatmilk

  1. 3

    Heat Oatmilk

In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of oatmilk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

  2. 4

    Froth Oatmilk

Use a milk frother or whisk to froth the heated oatmilk until it is creamy and has a good amount of foam.

Assemble Latte

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mug, pour the infused espresso through a fine mesh strainer to remove the rosemary sprig.

  2. 6

    Add Oatmilk

Slowly pour the steamed oatmilk into the mug with the espresso, allowing the foam to sit on top.

Garnish

  1. 7

    Torch Rosemary

Use a kitchen torch to gently char the edges of the second sprig of rosemary until it is slightly crisped and aromatic.

  2. 8

    Serve

Garnish the latte with the torched rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
