Method

Preparing the Salad

1

Wash and Prepare the Vegetables

Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and spin dry using a salad spinner. Chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and cut the avocado in half, removing the pit and scooping the flesh into cubes.

2

Combine the Salad Ingredients

In a large salad bowl, combine the prepared mixed greens, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and cubed avocado. Toss gently to mix the ingredients without mashing the avocado.

Making the Dressing

3

Mix the Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and honey (if using) until well combined.

4

Dress the Salad

Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly with the dressing.

Serving the Salad

5

Plate the Salad

Serve the Flora Salad immediately in individual bowls or on a large platter for sharing. Enjoy fresh!
