  1. 1

    Chill the Glass

Fill a highball glass with ice to chill while you prepare the drink.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin and fresh lime juice. Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10-15 seconds to chill the mixture.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Glass

Remove the ice from the highball glass and strain the gin and lime mixture into it.

  4. 4

    Add Tonic Water

Slowly pour the tonic water into the glass over the gin and lime mixture. Stir gently to combine.

  5. 5

    Garnish

Add the fresh rosemary sprigs and lime wedge for garnish. Optionally, lightly slap the rosemary sprigs between your hands to release their aroma before adding.
