Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Espresso
Brew a fresh shot of espresso using your preferred method and set it aside to cool slightly.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the prepared espresso, vodka, vanilla syrup, and a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Infuse the Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the organic whole milk over low heat and add the fresh rosemary leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add Vanilla
Stir in the vanilla syrup into the frothed milk until well combined.

Top the Cocktail
Spoon the rosemary cold foam gently over the top of the espresso martini, allowing it to float for a beautiful presentation.
