Method

Cocktail Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Espresso

Brew a fresh shot of espresso using your preferred method and set it aside to cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the prepared espresso, vodka, vanilla syrup, and a fresh sprig of rosemary.

  3. 3

    Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

  4. 4

    Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass, ensuring no ice shards enter the glass.

Rosemary Cold Foam Preparation

  1. 5

    Infuse the Milk

In a small saucepan, heat the organic whole milk over low heat and add the fresh rosemary leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool.

  2. 6

    Whip the Cold Foam

Once the milk has cooled, use a milk frother or whisk to froth the milk until it reaches a light and airy consistency.

  3. 7

    Add Vanilla

Stir in the vanilla syrup into the frothed milk until well combined.

  4. 8

    Top the Cocktail

Spoon the rosemary cold foam gently over the top of the espresso martini, allowing it to float for a beautiful presentation.
