Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Pineapple
Cut the top off the pineapple and slice it in half lengthwise. Remove the core and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Cut the flesh into smaller chunks for easier juicing.
- 2
Prepare the Orange and Lemon
Peel the oranges and lemon, removing as much of the white pith as possible. Cut them into quarters.
- 3
Prepare the Yellow Bell Pepper
Wash the yellow bell pepper thoroughly. Cut it in half, remove the seeds and white membranes, and slice it into smaller pieces.
- 4
Prepare the Ginger
Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces (about 1 inch).
- 5
Wash the Basil
Rinse the fresh basil leaves under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Juicing
- 6
- 7
Blend or Juice
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and liquefied. If using a juicer, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- 8
Strain (Optional)
If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
Serving
- 9
Serve Immediately
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a basil leaf if desired.
