Method

Orange Blossom Cinnamon Roll

    Prepare Dough

    In a large bowl, combine warm water and sugar. Stir in yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, melted butter, and orange blossom water. Mix until a dough forms.

    Knead Dough

    Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Shape Rolls

    Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar on top. Roll tightly and cut into individual rolls. Place in a greased baking dish.

    Bake Rolls

    Cover the dish and let rolls rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

    Prepare Icing

    Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.

Raspberry Pop Tart

    Make Dough

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in ice water until dough comes together. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface. Cut into rectangles for the pop tarts.
