Chill the Prosecco
Place the bottle of Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.

If using fresh fruit, juice the oranges or pineapples to extract the juice. Make sure to strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a champagne flute, pour 1 part of freshly squeezed juice (either orange or pineapple) to 2 parts of chilled Prosecco. Adjust the ratio to your taste.

You may garnish the mimosa with a slice of orange or pineapple on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
