Preparing the Brioche French Toast

Whisk the Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

Cook the Bread
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the soaked brioche slices to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Making the Hazelnut Fudge Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the hazelnut spread, heavy cream, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Heat Through
Stir the mixture continuously until it is smooth and heated through, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assembling the Dish

Place two slices of the cooked brioche French toast on a plate.
