In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.

Place the coated brioche slices onto the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Combine ingredients
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the hazelnut spread, heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
