Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: Curam elixir, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and coconut milk. Make sure the coconut milk is well shaken or stirred.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Curam elixir, pineapple juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Add Coconut Milk
After shaking, add the coconut milk to the shaker. Shake again gently to combine the coconut milk without losing too much air.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Optionally, garnish with a pineapple wedge or a lime wheel.
