Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Hummus

    Prepare the ingredients

    Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

    Blend the Hummus

    In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.

    Serve

    Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with warm pita bread.

Tzatziki

    Prepare the ingredients

    Grate the cucumber and press to remove excess moisture. Peel and mince the garlic clove.

    Mix the Tzatziki

    In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

    Chill and Serve

    Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve with warm pita bread.

Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

    Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature. Drain any liquid from the roasted red peppers.

    In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, cream cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Transfer the spicy roasted red pepper dip to a serving bowl and serve with warm pita bread.

Warm Pita Bread

    Prepare the Pita Bread

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush pita bread with olive oil on both sides.

    Place the brushed pita bread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and warm.

    Remove from the oven and cut the pita into triangles. Serve warm alongside the dips.
