Prepare the ingredients
Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas. Peel and mince the garlic cloves.

Transfer the hummus to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with warm pita bread.
Tzatziki

Grate the cucumber and press to remove excess moisture. Peel and mince the garlic clove.

Chill and Serve
Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve with warm pita bread.
Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Prepare the ingredients
Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature. Drain any liquid from the roasted red peppers.

Blend the Dip
In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, cream cheese, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Warm Pita Bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush pita bread with olive oil on both sides.
