Preparing the Salmon

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

While the salmon is grilling, wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

Place the prepared vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, tossing occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
