Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Select Cheeses

Choose a variety of local and imported cheeses that complement each other in flavor and texture, such as Cheddar, Brie, Gorgonzola, Goat Cheese, and Parmesan. Cut them into wedges or cubes for easy serving.

  2. 2

    Prepare Accompaniments

Wash and dry the grapes, and prepare the olives by pitting them if necessary. Place the assorted crackers in a bowl, and have the mixed nuts ready in a separate bowl. Set aside the honey for drizzling.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Platter

On a large serving platter or board, begin by placing the cheese pieces in different sections. Arrange the crackers, olives, nuts, and grapes around the cheeses in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Drizzle honey over the Goat Cheese for added flavor.
