Preparation of Al's Steak Butter

Make the Steak Butter
In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, roll it into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm.

Pat the KC Strip Steak dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
