Method
Lemonade
Juicing the Lemons
Juice the fresh lemons to yield about 1 cup of lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds and pulp if desired.
Mixing the Lemonade
In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 4 cups of water. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste if necessary.
Chill and Serve
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice with lemon slices for garnish.

Mixing Cocoa Powder and Sugar
Whisk in 2 tbs of unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 tbs of granulated sugar until completely dissolved.
Finishing Touches
Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir well. Remove from heat.
Serve and Garnish
Pour the hot cocoa into mugs and top with marshmallows to taste before serving.
