Salad Preparation

Prepare the Greens
Wash the romaine lettuce and arugula thoroughly under cold water. Spin dry in a salad spinner or pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Chop the Greens
Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the arugula to the bowl with the romaine.
Toppings Preparation

Add Cheese and Croutons
Grate the parmesan cheese if not pre-grated, and sprinkle it over the mixed greens. Then, add the cornbread croutons to the salad.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well-blended.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to taste.
