Prepare the Fish
In a shallow bowl, set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with cornmeal.

Cook the Fish
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom. Once hot, add the breaded fish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Finish the Sandwich
Top with the other half of the bun and repeat for remaining sandwiches.
Kool-Aid Pickle

Prepare the Kool-Aid Brine
In a mixing bowl, combine the Kool-Aid powder and water, stirring until fully dissolved.

Pickle the Pickles
Submerge the pickle spears in the Kool-Aid brine and refrigerate for at least 24 hours for best flavor.
