Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Mix the Rub
In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the house rub.

Apply the Rub
Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs. Generously apply the rub all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.

Roast the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Prepare the Fries
While the ribs are finishing, prepare fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy.

Serve
Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with fries and additional barbeque sauce on the side.
