Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. 2

    Mix the Rub

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the house rub.

  3. 3

    Apply the Rub

Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs. Generously apply the rub all over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.

  4. 4

    Roast the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

  5. 5

    Finish with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the top layer of foil and brush the smokey house barbeque sauce over the ribs. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Prepare the Fries

While the ribs are finishing, prepare fries according to package instructions or fry fresh potatoes until golden and crispy.

  7. 7

    Serve

Slice the ribs between the bones and serve with fries and additional barbeque sauce on the side.
