Salmon Tartare

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Dice the True North Salmon into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Add lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, red onion, capers, dill, chives, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Crostinis

While the salmon is marinating, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread softened butter on the sliced baguette and arrange them on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Bake the Crostinis

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the salmon is marinated and the crostinis are ready, serve the salmon tartare on a plate with the crostinis on the side.
