Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Angus Patties
Season the Angus beef patties with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 2
Melt the Blue Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place blue cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- 3
Toast the Brioche Rolls
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche rolls in half and toast them in a separate skillet until golden brown.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Spread a generous amount of bacon jam on the bottom half of each toasted brioche roll. Add the cooked Angus patty with melted blue cheese, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy onions. Top with the other half of the brioche roll.
- 5
Serve with Fries
Serve the burgers with a side of fries and enjoy your Mill Six Burger!
