Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 3
Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 4
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the maple Sriracha sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 5
Prepare the Blue Cheese Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Serve
Serve the wings hot, drizzled with extra sauce if desired, alongside the blue cheese dressing for dipping.
