Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup sriracha sauce. Stir until well mixed and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

  4. 4

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the maple sriracha sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.

  5. 5

    Serve

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Optional: garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
